INGREDIENTS
• 50 g almond meal
• 50 g flour
• 150 g sugar
• 75 g butter
• 4 egg whites
• ½ vanilla pod, seeded
• Pinch of salt
Optional:
Sliced almonds for decoration, raspberries, blueberries or
even lemon zest.
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 200
° C and grease friand form or a muffin tray.
In a mixing bowl
add sugar, almond meal, flour and vanilla together.
Beat egg whites
& salt until they are firm and fold them into dry ingredients.
Melt butter in a
saucepan and add to mixture. Pour into tray, sprinkle a few sliced almonds (or
other option) on the top & bake for about 20 minutes.
